It was very clean and tidy, the view was beautiful, facilities were spot on and it was very easy to find. Exactly what we needed and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The view at 52 is an amazing place for a short break, located at the top of Ruswarp village with breathtaking veiws. The location is a great base if you want to be away from the hustle of Whitby and explore all the coast has to offer. The walk along the railway and esk river to Whitby takes approximately 40 mins. Seeing the steam train pass only a few yards away is an added bonus. We stayed 4 nights and visited Whitby, Robin hood's Bay, Staithes and Sands End. It was perfect!

Very well thought out use of the space, clean and well equipped. Ample space for 2 adults and our miniature dachshund. Exceptional views from the balcony. Friendly and welcoming hosts. Lovely walk into Whitby and only 20 mins. We were just gutted we could only book one night so we will be back!
