Cleanliness, parking, decor, sofas, lighting- adjustable, the dishwasher, location: just 20 minutes' walk from the town centre, the quietness and peace and quiet of the location. Certificates for safety of equipment, eg smoke alarms and boiler testing. The bottle of wine, milk in the fridge and biscuits to welcome us!
