Very well presented and well stocked with everything, no clutter, warm and plenty of hot water and most Importantly clean. Welcome pack the best we have ever had. The proximity to the hotel and its facilities was an added bonus. What didn't you like about the property? There was nothing we didn't like . Only suggestion may be a footstool. The sofas (which were comfortable) and arrangement of these are different in the pictures on b.com and would perhaps be a better arrangement than what it is now . These are only suggestions not criticism as it was all really

The location was absolutely perfect for us, the walk down into Sandsend is lovely and not to far. The cottage itself is actually better then the pictures, the bath in the upstairs is a bit strange but it did not put us off. The cupboards are full of everything you would ever need which is great, although a handheld vac would have been good as we did take a dog.

Had a lovely welcome hamper along with plenty of tea/ coffee etc. Plenty of cups and plates……really well equipped.
