Very cozy, I loved the fire and it was all made up when I arrived, just had to put a match to it! Fresh milk, tea, coffee and a whole box of lovely ginger biscuits provided on arrival. The view from the cottage across the road is stunning, not obvious from pictures and the little back garden is perfect for sitting outside with a cup of coffee. I was worried about neighbour’s marquee, but that wasn’t there and it was all lovely. Parking was easy outside and beautiful walks from the doorstep. So quiet and dark at night and the village itself is in a stunning location. Pub and shop close by and fish and chips van on the corner of the road on Fridays. I’d love to return for more restful times here.

The location was great, enabling us to visit many coastal and rural areas. The beds were very comfortable with lovely bed linen. Powerful shower and Egyptian cotton towels.
