Great location on the C2C. Quiet and scenic, with great beer garden at front. Lots of chickens giving it extra countryside character (& didn’t mind their noise early in the morning).

A comfy bed and a lovely hot bath after a long walk, what more could you ask for. Breakfast was delicious and the decor was rustic and beautiful. Tasty flapjack in the room on arrival was an unexpected treat. Beautiful surroundings and the perfect pit stop on the coast to coast walk.
