Lovely little characterful cottage across 3 levels, pretty central in Whitby, super communication from the host, excellent parking arrangements (via permits for elsewhere in Whitby but - if you know Whitby - this is still great), just a few minutes walk from a host of great places to eat and drink and from the harbour itself, plenty of stuff to cook a meal. Emma's Diner (about 3 minutes walk away) is a gem, as is Rusty Shears for breakfast (again, about 3 minutes walk).
