The cottage and hosts were absolutely brilliant. Excellent communication and everything was well explained - from the parking arrangements through to the property info pack, we had everything we needed to maximise our short stay. We did have a issue with the front door handle wherby we couldnt lock it. I messaged Charlotte and within 5 minutes she was at the cottage to sort. In addition, I left 2 coats in the laundry room-before I even realised I left them, Charlotte had messaged me to tell me she'd put the un the post and I got them the following day by recorded delivery-she wouldnt even accept me reimbursing her the postage fees. We'll definitely be back to Clarence Cottage, it's clean, convenient, has comfy beds, and ample facilities. Thankyou to the hosts for ensuring a perfect stay.

really handy for the pavilion and museum and a lovely cottage in a very atmospheric cobbled street, Comfy and very well appointed with lovely welcome bikkies and coffee making supplies. Very responsive helpful owner.
