The location is paramount, perfect in every way. The staff are very accommodating and proactive in making your stay as good as it possibly can be. The rooms itself is the right balance of luxurious and practical.

Having the shuffle service from the hotel to the village was a life changing. It allow us to move super comfortable and be able to explore more whistler without having to worry about where or how to find transportation. Also the room was so comfortable and being able to allow us to control the room temperature and have a little "bonfire" was the perfect touch
