Gerard “Great, central location, nice quiet accommodation”

Great location, second to none. Previous negative reviews about noise are not to be worried about. The Prezzo restaurant underneath can't be heard. Once or twice in the dead silence you might hear a chair scrape, but otherwise there was no noise. The bathroom extractor fan is noisy if you are in the bathroom, but outside the bathroom it can't be heard, and of course the fan shuts off when the light is off. No issue. The bridge outside does go up at 8am (and a few more times during the day) and that can be heard and will wake you. But it is brief and the bridge is why you are staying there. It is fantastic seeing boats sail through. On days when I wanted a lie in I rolled over and went back to sleep. There is also a road outside (between the bridge and the accommodation) but few cars use it and not noisy. The car parking space is very tight. But we managed to get a Honda CR-V car in there...just (see the photo). We needed someone outside the car to help direct the driver, but it worked fine. Once inside the garage there is room to open the right-hand car doors ok, it is just the entrance that is tight. The ceiling is also low. The CR-V got in though. Overall my initial concerns were unfounded. It's a great flat.

Location is excellent and the secure parking space, although tight, was fine for our Audi A3 and a real bonus for central Weymouth. The overall quality, cleanliness and cosiness of the apartment - it was well furnished with a really well equipped kitchen. We did have a slight issue with the heating system but fully resolved - the owner could not have been more helpful. We loved having a few Christmas decorations in the apartment, including a lovely tree and the very thoughtful addition of fresh milk in the fridge and mince pies was very welcome. We will be booking again for next December. Thank you for a lovely stay.

The apartment was in a superb location, spotless apartment, lovely view over harbour, close to town and restaurants, beach. Apartment also has your own parking space in garage, which is a bonus. Would definitely book again.

Wonderful location, sunny weekend in Feb, so able to make the most of the balcony! Very comfortable and well equipped. Stylishly decorated, and lovely bath and shower!
