The room and building was old but had everything I would want. Impeccably clean. Mattress was a bit tired but comfortable. There was no noise from the pub when I stayed, but I wasn't there on the weekend. Great location, a minutes walk to the station and the beach

Great staff, cheap beer with 3 proper local pubs in the street, location perfect 4 minutes walk to 2 cafés Scotts and Maria's great breakfast and Witherspoon 6 mins away seafront 5 minutes walk with the prom and all the shops

The room had everything you needed for a sound place to sleep and the location was perfect. The landlord and staff were amazing, very friendly and attentive. John the landlord recommended some amazing places to visit and really looked after us. The karaoke night was great and everyone was really friendly. We would definitely return again.
