It is a lovely place to stay - so peaceful and quiet but just a short distance to Brean, Burnham, and Weston. Perfectly equipped for our weekend getaway with everything we needed. Comfortable, clean and cosy. The hosts left a welcome basket of cakes, bread, and cider, which was fabulous. Really helpful hosts when contacted directly and a thorough Help Guide in the property, too. The Carthouse is dog friendly, which is a massive plus for us and we lucked in with the sunshine. 5*in every way

Lovely setting for a relaxing stay. Comfortable beds and living room area. Plenty of kitchen utensils. It also had a good outside space at the front of the property. The property 's set in a quiet location with easy access to lots of amenities.

The welcome gift of bread, cakes, milk and drinks etc. was great and a nice surprise. The accommodation was very good, clean and comfortable.
