Very comfortable family run hotel. Communication before our stay was excellent. Spacious room the tower fan was much appreciated and the windows which opened properly. Great breakfast menu the cooked breakfast one of the best we've had cooked to order great produce used no see through bacon here! Staff were great friendly attentive and very helpful. We were even given a map , directions and options to help us find some amenities we needed. Well appointed Lounge light airy comfy chairs and sofas nice decor. Parking also really good to have. Location perfect for Weston nice sea front walk and Clarence Park nearby.

The breakfast was excellent with a very good choice and plenty of vegetarian options. You could have as much as you wanted of anything, the waiting staff brought everything to you (not a buffet), and the food was excellent. The waiting staff were cheerful, friendly and efficient and nothing was too much trouble. The room was a good size and had a proper wardrobe with a door unlike many hotels which now have an open rail so all your clothes are on display, and it was useful to have a large fan as it was very hot during our stay. Also lovely to have windows that could be fully opened. The location of the hotel was ideal both for walking into Weston-super-Mare or to the beach, and for walking the other way to Uphill, the marina and the nature reserve, with bus stops right outside the hotel for travelling further afield. Also excellent to have plentiful free parking.

Breakfast was lovely staff were extremely helpfull and friendly overall the hotel was very clean and welcoming.
