The room is clean and the condition is very good. The owner is friendly and very responsive. There is a Coles 7 minute's walk away. The property has a lockup garage for extra security for parking. The owner prepared a great deal of toys, which is fantastic for young children.

Location was great for our needs, bus stop outside and train station very close. There was a Coles supermarket, pharmacy, Opal card shop and a take away in walking distance. Apartment had air conditioner, own laundry facilities and a full kitchen available for use. The lock up garage and entry into the building made it feel safe. Owners were prompt in replying to my questions.
