“Everything was spot on.”

The location was brilliant as railway station and bus stop within easy walking distance so getting to local attractions was simple. Once we got to the property and had parked our car on the large private driveway we didn’t use it again until time to come home. The Annexe itself, although small, was plenty large enough for two of us and a dog. It felt a lot bigger than it was. It was well appointed and the owners left us milk, tea,coffee,sugar, wine, strawberries and some cream. The owners live in the attached house were really nice people who were more than happy to have a chat. We will be going back here in the future.

Excellent location, everything you need is there, very clean and modern, parking was ideal, lovely garden, lovely walks on the doorstep and some local places within a short drive, very enjoyable stay, the Muckleburgh Military Collection in Weybourne is worth a visit not to far and very interesting collection

The annexe was lovely and quaint. Comfortable and well equipped. Little extras was much appreciated..Close to the village pub and shop. Beach ten mins walk. Lots of lovely walks to Cromer and sherringham. Lovely stay..

The annexe was comfortable and well planned out for the space available. Lovely to get a welcome pack of wine, Strawberries and cream and milk and biscuits. Parking very easy on the drive. Property situated centrally for the village and close to Cromer and Sheringham, plus several National Trust properties. The property owner, David, was on site and helpful when we had questions.
