Please remove all trash bags (kitchen/bathroom) and place them into the big trash bin located around the apartment complex for Waste Management pickup.3. PETS: We accept pets for a fee of $90.We love our place, that's why we take care of it and we are sure that you will take care of it too.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Beautiful place and host were phenomenal. Great location. Price was great value. Beds slept great, everything was so neat and clean.
