The fine print
All reservations require immediate payment at the time of booking.A 50% deposit is required for bookings made 31 days or more before the arrival date. For bookings made 30 days or less before arrival, 100% payment is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival.An AUD 300 refundable bond is payable by credit card 30 days before arrival and is refunded 7 business days after departure.All payments must be made by credit card via the payment gateway, Stripe. A non-refundable 2.9% Stripe transaction fee applies to all payments, including the bond.Payments will appear as ACCOMMODATE BLUE MOUNT on your bank statement.Cancellations made 31 days or more before arrival incur a non-refundable AUD 5 channel manager fee. Cancellations made within 30 days before arrival are non-refundable.Changes to booking dates are not permitted within 30 days of the arrival date.If travel is prohibited due to a COVID-19 lockdown, bookings can be transferred up to one year in advance with one free date change.

Location was great - quiet and residential. Easy walk to cafe's and local shopping strip. House itself was warm and comfortable with great size bedrooms, heaters and bathroom.

This property is located in a quiet and leafy area of Wentworth falls, surrounded by bushland. We even had the pleasure of watching 5 black cookatoos feeding in a tree no more than 10 metres from us as we sat on the back patio. The house has all the facilities for extended stays and is a good base for exploring the Blue Mountains area
