Quirky room at the top of the hotel. Immaculately clean bedding and towels. Staff were excellent. Helpful and friendly. The communication prior to our stay regarding the room and its position at the top of a steep staircase was excellent.

Warm and friendly hotel in a perfect location in Wells. Our fabulous room looked out across the green to the cathedral. Breakfast was well organised and tasty.
