Great views over the harbour, large room size, and a good-sized shower. The tea and coffee selection is varied, and the restaurant was excellent. Good wifi.

It was a brief stay and an enjoyable one. The surprise upgrade to a bigger room with a wonderful view of the Harbour was appreciated. Accepting our request for a later check out was the icing on the cake! Will definitely be back.

The view was amazing on the tenth floor but the change over of lift was a bit annoying if carrying luggage shopping etc the bed was comfortable but the pillows weren’t the coffee cups were not clean there was residue from the previous people great location nice staff

We arrived late after flight delays. There was a mis communication re a second nights accommodation and in a hotel heaving to capacity the staff were able to provide us with another room so that we could continue with our weekend plans to watch an exceptional game of rugby. Great job.
