We were given a juice as a welcome drink which was nice from the owners. They are very nice people that are really hospitable and always ready to help. There's a fully equipped kitchen in front of the room where you can cook or prepare whatever you need. Both AC and WiFi worked properly. Nice room with big and comfortable bed. Great mosquito net. Everything was spotless clean and we were given two towels which isn't a standard in Sri Lanka. Breakfast was good and cheap. Location is good near the bus stop, 5 mins walk to the Coconut Tree Hill. You can walk approx. 15 mins to Mirrisa beach or just grab a bus for a few stops there.

The breakfast was delicious, the room a good size with a very comfortable bed and modern bathroom, all very clean and A/C kept me cool. There are facilities available such as a fridge and very nice communal spaces, it is close to the beach and walking distance into Marissa and many restaurants.
