Please inform Eraeliya Villas & Gardens in advance of your expected arrival time if you are arriving after 10 PM.You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.We do not accommodate children under 12 years of age due to the nature of our property.An additional charge of US$ 70 per night will be applied for guests over 12 years old, inclusive of bed and breakfast.Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. 50% non-refundable deposit on the booking to guarantee, balance 30 days prior to arrival. During Peak Season 50% non-refundable deposit to guarantee, balance 60 days prior to arrival.Please note that the property does not have a bar at the premises at the moment. However, we hold a soft liquor license, and we charge a corkage fee of US $10 for wines and sparkling.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. We stayed in the main house upstairs, and the room was amazing. The house itself was one of the most beautiful I’ve seen in Sri Lanka. The grounds were incredible, with great finishing touches and a beautiful setting. But most of all, the service was exceptional. Truly, nothing at all was at fault, it was exceptional. It was a truly memorable time, and I will certainly be going back.

The views were immaculate, with the best spot to watch the sunset! Great breakfast options, which you’ll need to preorder the night before. Their homemade jam is soo good!

The whole stay was incredible, from check in to check out. The property is extravagant, the location is truly breathtaking. We were treated extremely well, special thank you to Dulshan as due to low season and not having many guests we were very blessed to have gotten a room upgrade! Included in our booking was a complimentary 15 massage, thanks to Renuka and her amazing massage skills, it felt like an hour and was so relaxing. Also a big thank you to Rex and Sadun for being extremely helpful and lovely in assisting us in whatever we needed, and Tharaka.

Pure paradise! The garden at this property is something else... a beautiful sanctuary (in an otherwise pretty hectic town) with an amazing view over the sea and easy access to the beach. A really lovely place to relax, eat and sunbathe, we didn't want to leave! The food is absolutely delicious, the rooms very comfortable, and the staff incredibly accommodating. We will recommend this to anyone visiting Weligama.
