The staff were all so friendly and helpful, and when we turned up early (an oversight on ny part), they went to extra efforts to try and organise an earlier checkin at short notice. Also, excellent customer service from Karina who helped with amendments to our booking. Would definitely co.e again, to stay.

I stay there often as my office is based in Watford and I always find it spotless clean. Well equipped kitchen & toiletries, It’s my fav place to stay!
