Tony was a pleasure to deal with from the start and was also available if/when needed. The house was in a quiet cul de sac and was very comfortable and modern. The house was a few minutes walk to the beach and down to the multiple restaurants and coffee shops in Waterville and most importantly to the ice cream shop for the kids! Its an ideal base to explore south kerry/the ring of kerry and would highly recommend

The house was excellent with the perfect layout. Ample living space and very comfortable. The location of the house was also perfect for us, very close to the Main Street and seafront and also right beside tennis courts and a playground just a couple of minutes walking distance. There was also a large green area directly in front of the house which we found very safe for the kids to play freely.
