All the staff were really super nice and helpful. Hotel had a lovely atmosphere with good comfortable furniture. No cold minimalist high tec stuff!

Unfortunately we broke down at the roundabout 4 mins away from the hotel so we rang the hotel to see what we should do and the owner came out to pick us up and took us and our luggage to our room, gave us any help and advice we needed and was just so nice, the receptionist that day was absolutely brilliant, the breakfast staff were an absolute delight to chat and couldn't do enough for you, the bar staff the exact same , this hotel is the best ran hotel I have ever been in, every member of staff were professional and friendly and the food was absolutely delicious, there's a great atmosphere and the location is ace, if you want value for money, and a very pleasant stay then stay here 100%

Lovely old-style hotel. The room was a reasonable size with a double and single bed. Coffee and tea making supplies were available. The bathroom had a bathtub which was nice. The pub/restaurant on site was handy as there was nothing else in the area.
