Everything I needed was close at hand, including free parking just across the road. Comfortable bed, large shower, all the usual facilities. Big Tescos a 3-minute walk away.. I arrived very late due to circumstances beyond my control.and traffic problems on the M6. I'd phoned Paul beforehand to warm him of this and he was great. I hope to return in future.

The Host was a pure gentleman and helped me find the property. Made sure I could park. The room had everything you could possibly need. WiFi was excellent. Plenty places to eat locally.

Just lovely from start to finish. Paul was the perfect host, made sure we had everything we needed, and answered any questions. The location is really handy for getting into town, and there are a lot of places to eat nearby. This place isn't posh. If you're looking for a standard room with no character and basic facilities, don't bother. If you want a place that's put together with love and a huge amount of thought: fresh flowers in the very clean room, fridge, kettle microwave, telly, creaky floorboards and a host who cares, book yourself a room here, you'll love it.
