Comfortable, clean accomodation a few minutes drive from the main road which was ideal as we were working in the area

Location is excellent for getting all around the area - from Warwick itself, to various canal locations, Royal Leamington Spa and Stratford-upon-avon. Local pub and cafes were close at hand and had good food at really reasonable prices. A five to ten minute drive and you can find more fine dining options. Property itself is larger than it looks from photos and beautifully decorated. Beds were very comfy - and in the recent very hot weather a good night's sleep isn't always easy! Bathrooms well kitted out too. A nice welcome pack of wine and snacks was a bonus. Check-in details from the host were very good. Clear directions to the location and parking and - a rare thing - a key box that you can actually find, and it works! Bonus points for that. A couple of small maintenance issues were dealt with extremely promptly. We didn't actually expect that at all when we told the host, but someone was round to fix it the same day. That's outstanding these days.

We arrived and everything was just as advertised. Such a homely place where we could relax for a few days before a wedding. I'll definitely be staying here again!!

Quiet location, walkable into town and on bus route, handy small shops close by, nice canal side pub (good food) at end of street, free parking in street; spacious, comfortable apartment with 2 bathrooms, good kitchen.
