The hotel was outstanding in every respect - the staff couldn’t have been more helpful and the facilities were perfect for us. It also helped that the snow was incredible and it couldn’t have been easier to get onto the slopes, a daily ski to Lech, Zurs, and even across to St Anton. The packed lunch on our departure day (early start) was also very thoughtful!

The entire experience was truly exceptional. The staff were lovely and attentive and the food was exquisite! The menu was varied enough that my partner who's a veggie and I (a omnivore) were able to eat exactly what we wanted. Big thanks to Nina who was extra attentive and helpful.

The location was fantastic for skiiing. A lift from the boot room to the gondola directly outside the hotel. First class service and the food was superb Rooms so clean and really lovely. All the staff were excellent
