There is no reception desk, you just use the combination given in the booking email to get your room key out of the safebox beside the room door and leave the key there when you depart, so no delays at check in or check out. Studio room was immaculate, comfortable and had everything needed. It takes about 15-20mins to get into Warsaw in a taxi depending on traffic. Used as a base for a 2 night stay when visiting family, would recommend and stay again.

New, clean and comfortable. Good size bed. Very convenient system with the room key in the locker - flexible times to check in! Good breakfast selection however pretty expensive. It was ideally located for our visit (family in Wilanow) but rather far from the city centre.
