There are two wings of the hotel building. The elevator is located only in one of them. The guests who would like to have a room with access to the elevator are kindly asked to provide this information when making the booking.If booking a non-refundable stay, guest will be asked for the credit card used to make booking upon check-in. If the guest shows a different card, the card shown will be charged and money returned to the card used when booking. Wonderful luxury hotel in perfect location: close to old town, close to the major shopping streets with cafes and restaurants, and nonetheless quiet. Large and perfectly clean rooms with elegant furniture. Very good breakfast. Kind and helpful staff.
