I liked that there was a personal homey kind of feeling to the place. The room was clean, the bathroom was clean and I didn't mind sharing it with strangers because there was someone there to clean it regularly. You had a feeling that you were cared for. I also appreciated that there was a kettle and tea (as well as coffee) in the communal area.
