The size of the place is about right to me, and how the space is allocated; Comparatively, I haven’t seen anything more satisfactory in several years, especially compared to those money making machine that barely spent any thoughts and efforts on their apartments (these are such a disgrace to see. appalling that how much it changed the people over the past three years). It was quiet 99.9% of the time, in spite of the times I heard footsteps just once in a while. It’s a very decent neighborhood. To me, quietness is the most important “trivial factor” for rating anything. Location is nice enough. It was close to travel to the center part that I needed to visit. Everything I had to use was alright. But I’m a man traveling on my own; There’re limited items I had to use. Last but not least, I liked the way the owner interacted with my messages. It felt like talking to humans, rather than those money making greedy blind machine, as I mentioned above; There are many that simply ignore messages, and there are also some that focus on the hypocritical “professionalism” in their speech, but literally they DO NOT do anything else, let alone help.

Clean, cosy apartment had everything we needed for a week long stay. There were even basic cooking ingredients, eg oil, flour, salt, etc, also kids' equipment and books. Comfy bed in the bedroom, sofa bed was ok for 1 adult. Really nice panoramic view of the central Warsaw. Communication with the host was great. Lots of tiny shops around within walking distance, a supermarket (carrefour) downstairs, a couple of pharmacies, a bit further down a huge choice of restaurants, and a couple of well-known bakeries. We especially liked the coffee shop opposite (Irena cafe), and a small shop with homemade food (selling fresh pierogi!). Bus stops within walking distance, about 15/20 min to Central Warsaw, a bit further to the Chopin airport (35/40 min). Location is definitely a huge asset, would love to come back.

The facility is clean and fragrant, equipped with all the necessary things. Contact with the owner is very good. I recommend it. Restaurants and transport nearby everything was really good.
