1) there is video surveillance - security. In controversial issues, you can review the recording 2) a hair dryer in the room (if there was also a small iron - then you are simply wonderful) 3) bed linen is clean and soft

Very organised, you know everything really in advance and easy check in. Quite central location and hosts were kind, even though only from emails, but still you could feel it. Very clean and 2 bathrooms instead of one, so there was no problem on trying to find a free one since they were shared. The apartment was small, but for the price was worth. :)
