In general very good neighbourhood, markets close by, the building is very new and modern. The apartment is very good has huge potential for much more, needs some small improvements for example adding a new Double bed in the other bed room would be a big + the red Sofa is wear out and uncomfortable to sleep, if there is new bed very easily can sleep 6 people no problem. The Sofa in leaving room is better than the sofa at the bedroom number 2. The kitchen is very good and the apartment is very warm.
