I say institution to get access to the block. The apartment was very clean, well equipped with everything you need (though I only used the bed and the fridge.

The room was clean, the toilet was also clean and fresh. All around, you could feel the sense of freshness. The hole establishment has code access, and you feel secure. The location was perfect for me , everything was near.
