Great location and friendly receptionist with a well stocked shop for the essentials. Close to all amenities but set back from the main road so nice a quiet for an uninterrupted sleep..

Each of us 3 persons had an own room. A good shower. 2 WC. An old building but the apartment was in good condition. A/C in every room. The check out could be postponed till 4pm (because of ourr flight).

The only drawback of this apartment is that after a few uses of the bathtub bad smell occurs and it goes away if you open the door and windows which is something we did and worked. Everything else was great, comfy beds and pillows and big kitchen table so everyone can even dine there. Keep in mind the double bed is only for thin people to sleep. Lastly, great central location with every type of transport closeby. Ambulance and police sirens pretty common even at late night could be annoying for some.
