Charming, rooms very tastefully decorated, such a welcome change from motels. Owner and staff friendly, efficient and went out of their way to help. Amazing chef, meals far exceeded usual hotel fare. Highly recommend.

Very well located in the Arts district. Easy to walk to the Sarjeant Gallery. Continental breakfast was good. Our evening meal was very good value for money.

Nicely refurbished rooms and bathroom. Comfortable bed. Continental breakfast was very nice and homely. We ate at the restaurant for a being meal and it was superb. Very busy which is a good sign.
