It is connected to the JR Wakayama station and Mio and Kintetsu department stores. The airport bus from Kansai stops on the other side of the station. The buses in front of the hotel can take you to all the places of interest. The friendly and helpful staff who greet you at the lobby every time you step in and out. The breakfast buffet is a good spread of local delights too. I have easy access to supermarket food at the basement floor. There is Daiso Standard Products in the same complex.

The staff were very warm and friendly and I had a smooth check in. The room is spacious and comfortable, equipped with everything you need! Also the location is super convenient as you are right by the station & mall.

Location is next to JR station. Small mall is next to hotel. Hotel is very comfortable and clean. Staffs are nice. Good guest lounge and roof top!
