Such an unforgettable experience! Highly recommend this place to stay! Hosts are amazingly kind and helpful. Communication was easy. The tent is sooo cooool, we loved our stay here. We arranged our tour with the hosts which worth it very much. Breakfast and dinner very nice.

I am writing this honest review to help others make a decision. Great location in the middle of the desert. Be sure to take warm clothing as it does get chilly at night if you plan to go out. Prior to out stay, the host was very responsive and honest in communication from the beginning. I had questions about the type of tent we’d be staying in, and he promptly confirmed and even sent images. However, the tent we received was not among those shown on the Booking.com listing, it was basic. We had seen the images he shared privately, so we knew what to expect. My advice to future guests is to confirm the exact tent you’ll be staying in, as many of the images on the site show upgraded bubble or better square tents. We also booked a jeep tour through the camp. Although we were offered a discount, we all felt that the price was still expensive. We were not alone and 2 other elderly tourists had joined us. We would have liked the jeep driver to go faster but we did not ask as it would be insensitive to the other 70+ years old tourists that had joined. Furthermore, sandboarding only lasted approximately 40 seconds. That said, the jeep driver was absolutely wonderful, very kind, thoughtful, and accommodating. He offered us water, jackets when it got chilly, and even took lovely pictures for us. I would highly recommend him. Again, I suggest confirming whether your jeep tour will be private or shared. Meals are basic particularly breakfast. However, a highlight of our stay was visiting the cozy tea room after dinner. The host family was incredibly warm and welcoming, and they served us tea by the fire. It was truly a lovely experience and we really appreciated their hospitality. WiFi was weak (likely due to wind), but the host made the effort to take one of our family members to a spot with better reception to handle some important matters, which we were very grateful for.

Thank you for the warm reception and hospitality. It was one of my best experiences when I visited Wadi Rum, especially at the Four Seasons Camp. It was a clean and beautiful camp run by people from the same family who were friendly and willing to do anything to give you a great experience, especially the sunrise jeep tour. Great thank you
