Our stay in Petra was truly wonderful. The hotel was of high quality, and the staff were very friendly. We really enjoyed the food, and the evening shisha was also a nice touch — everything was great. In addition, the waiter who took care of us during breakfast was exceptionally professional and attentive. He personally prepared each dish for us with great care. Also, the hotel offers a free shuttle service to Petra, which is a big plus. We definitely recommend it!

Our stay at the Town Season Hotel in Petra was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and hospitality that made us feel instantly at home. The hotel itself is charming and well-kept, with comfortable rooms and a cozy atmosphere that perfectly complements the magic of Petra. But what truly set our experience apart was the incredible service we received from Jawad. He went above and beyond in every possible way — always kind, genuinely thoughtful, and sincerely caring. Whether it was offering helpful local tips, checking in to ensure we were comfortable, or just sharing a warm conversation, Jawad's presence made our stay unforgettable. His perfect level of service came from the heart, and it showed in everything he did. If you're planning a trip to Petra, we can't recommend the Town Season Hotel enough, it’s close to great restaurants and local price supermarkets — and make sure to say hello to Jawad. He's a true gem and a big reason why our visit was so memorable. Thank you, Jawad, for everything!

The staff are unbelievably helpful and friendly. They have shuttles that run from the visitor’s centre to the hotel. They offered a recommendation for a great restaurant that served one of the best meals I’ve ever had - and local prices. The hotel is immaculate and beautifully traditional. I couldn’t recommend this place enough. …and the town Petra is an amazing destination to stay for a while.
