- Modern, recently built hotel infrastructure - Underground, built-in parking, directly connected to the lobby and the rooms through a lift. - Very warm and knowledgeable manager, keen to share useful pieces of information.

The staff in the hotel is very friendly, we had to shift our reservation for one day and this wasn’t an issue. After arriving we were welcomed with a fruit drink, they gave us all the information of visiting Petra, and recommended a restaurant where we could have traditional food. Next morning as we had to move fast, the table for the breakfast was ready (selection of stuff, fresh bakery sweets and fresh fruits).The rooms were amazingly comfortable to sleep. The hotel is modern, although we visited off-season they tried the best we feel welcomed. As a goodbye we got magnets of Petra.

Staff were outstanding particularly Mahboob (morning shift) and Ahmed (night shift) . They were very willing to help out and give great advice on how to get anywhere. Offered support for excursions. Great location, plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Very close to Petra visitor centre. The room was pleasant, modern and clean and we would not hesitate to stay again if we were to visit Petra in the future. Thanks to the staff for making our stay comfortable.
