clean room and clean bathroom room, great view over the city, air-conditioning working perfectly fine, hot water all time, free parking, breakfast and dinner which is home cooked food is amazing,highly recommended place. Good service

We felt at home! The owner helped us so much. Petra tips, food, transportation, everything! Hotel is new and clean. Up on the hill away from the busy area so nice and quiet. They offer a delicious packed lunch for your Petra trip at a very reasonable price which is so thoughtful - highly recommend! Beautiful sunset view from the dining area.

The staff was warm and friendly, the service was professional, the communication was smooth using What's App, and a driver drove us to the ancient city of Petra in the morning.
