We stayed In this hotel 2 nights. This is family managed / ownedn hotel and all the time we felt hospitality of the owner who was really taking care of us. A small sink problem was solved (reparation) immediately, in spite it was late evening !!! The hotel is located on the hill with panoramic view from the restaurant and also this view was from our room (big family apartment with balcony). Very good home made breakfast served for us at the time we wanted, good Internet – so everything what is need for a short stay for sightseeing. We also ordered dinner – it was home made traditional Jordan meal and all was agreed with us the day before, even desert. Very good A/C in the rooms with both options – heating and cooling. There is also restaurant – a few meal options but tasty and fresh – much better than iv very popular restaurant we visited one evening. This was very nice stay – like at home.

They were so incredibly helpful and thoughtful. They met our requests and provided a very nice breakfast too. The house is perfectly located and the apartment was big and had an amazing view from the terasse. Very nice place to relax and recharge. Thank you very much!

This hotel (having gone by its previous name Crystal Hotel) is well cared for and excellently managed and owned by Ahmad. He took exceptional care of my family, meeting all of our needs with the rooms, air conditioning and breakfast. He was exceedingly generous and hospitable. Petra, and Jordan by extension, is definitely experiencing a tourist shortage due to the regional conflict, yet now is a fantastic time to go visit as it peaceful and quiet there. Ahmad, thank you for hosting our family!!
