Perfect location on flat ground—no hills to climb after a long day exploring Petra. Staff were incredibly welcoming, breakfast was great, and parking is easy right behind the hotel. A delicious restaurant is just across the road from reception. Excellent value compared to nearby hotels. Highly recommend!

I was granted very early check in at 10 am free of charge. Amazing hotel staff and breakfast to go! Very near bus stop for buses going to Amman or Wadi Rum. Very near the gate of the Petra main entrance.

Breakfast, staff and location was more than perfect.. with 200 meter walk to the visit centre it could'nt have been any better.

Fantastic staff, always greeted with a smile, allowed early check in, helped with great ideas when visiting Petra. Helped us on our return to Petra by allowing us a part day rental of room as it was a 6 hour wait until the next bus Location was a 2 minute walk to entry of Petra 4 minutes to main bus station Perfect location Thank to everyone at the Hotel who made this an exceptional stay
