The apartment is located at the edge of the city center of Volos, which is (to us) perfect. That means everything is close enough, but you are not in the center of it all and that's why the area is a little bit calmer. There is a park right next to the the apartment. Usable public (city) beach is around 1,3 km away, which is a walking distance. All the shops, taverns (restaurants) cafes and so on are very close, all within the walking distance. As for the parking I would recommend asking in the nearby parking garage Lambda. It should be 12 EUR per day, which is not cheap, but still beats looking around for a parking space. You cannot park in front of the apartment for an unlimited amount of time even if you pay (see the official site of city of Volos - parking - for more information). The apartment itself is very spacious and clean. The only gripe that I have is that the blender in the kitchen is dirty and you cannot clean it, because we couldn't figure out a way to open the bottom part (with blades), but that's marginal. In spite of that the kitchen is well stocked, it has a microwave, a dish washer and a washing machine plus all the other essentials. Could use more tea spoons though. I also implore you to get bigger glasses for regular drinks (like soda), because the provided glasses are too small in my opinion (still marginal). The apartment has two full bathrooms and one more separate toilet. There is also a washing machine in one of these bathrooms, but it doesn't work (it's not hooked to the water supply), which is a bit odd, but nothing major either. You can enjoy three separate bedrooms. I would also like to point out that one of the bedrooms doesn't have any space for hangers in the wardrobe, which is a shame. There is one big terrace with a sitting space and a view of the park and sea and one bigger balcony on the opposite side of the apartment. The apartment is well air-conditioned.

Excellent apartment. Great location. Equipped with everything necessary, even more. Comfortable and very pleasant stay. The communication with host was easy and quick. I highly recommend Sunset City apartment.
