The excellent location. The kindness of the owners, met us at the agreed time, explained everything about the apartment and local stores/restaurants, also provided a convenient parking spot. The spacious and clean rooms and big terraces.

We have traveled with a van and had some difficulties with parking at the property because of the narrow street but the owner took care of the situation and found quickly a convenient solution for us!

We stayed twice, either side of a week in Skiathos. On our first night, we were extremely hot as there was only air con installed in the living room. On our second stay air con had been installed in the bedrooms and we had a much better sleep! Effie, who used to live in the apartment, is really lovley. She gave us some great suggestions for where to eat. The kitchen contains all that you need and there is a nice big fridge!
