Perfect location for my purpose. I know Volos and needed something close to Ayios Nikolaos. Nice clean place with all facilities. Pre-stay communication from the owner was encouraging and directions accurate.

Fabulous location close to the seafront cafes, restaurants and park; in the other direction, equally close to main shopping streets with more eateries - great bougatsa at Ανώτερον/Anoteron on the corner of Dimitriados & Ogl (2023). Lovely little apartment: very compact bedsit-kitchen (impressively efficient use of space: fine for two, would have been very tight with a third in the foldout armchair-bed), more spacious shower-room with washing-machine. Kitchen very well equipped including with electrical appliances. Shower pressure excellent. Wireless connection worked fine (although could do with putting name of the network on the instructions, as well as the passcode!). Ground floor: access via key-safe was easy; there are a couple of steps up to the apartment. Likely to be cool in summer but see below.
