A spacious and well-equipped house, just a short walk from the beach. The large fridge and freezer were very convenient, although a few more pots and kitchen utensils would have been useful. The village is quiet and not overly touristy, so you won’t find many restaurants or bars nearby. The beach is sandy but more natural and wild, with minimal maintenance. Perfect for those seeking a relaxing break away from crowded tourist areas. Communication with our host, Thomas, was excellent and helpful throughout our stay.

Everything: the location (close to the beach, very calm neighborhood, excellent for relaxation), the amenities of the house (new and beautifully decorated, excellent cleaning, all facilities in perfect functioning). We were really impressed.

The house is spacious, very clean and close to the beach. There is air conditioning in every room. The car can be parked in the yard. I liked the outdoor shower. Self-check-in and check-out, without problems. I communicated very well with the host, who promptly answered all our questions. The house is well positioned from the centre of Volos and the beaches and restaurants of Nees Pagases.
