We had a great week staying at Pinia Apartment. The accommodation was excellent – clean and very comfortable. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious, and having a washing machine was a big plus. We especially enjoyed the lovely outdoor patio and access to the pool. Slavo, our host, was incredibly helpful. Since we didn’t have a car, he kindly assisted us with shopping. He also gave us great tips on beautiful, less touristy beaches outside of Vodice. The location of the house was perfect – just a 2-minute walk to the sea, with several good restaurants and small grocery stores nearby. We can warmly recommend Pinia Apartments – a true gem!

Slavo was amazing, very kind host! You can ask him what ever you want and he will tel you even more than this! Ask him for a small hidden bay, 15 min away from the app with bike, it is perfect for morning jump into the sea...

My children and I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Pinia Apartment in Vodice, and it was an experience worth sharing. This charming apartment, located in the heart of Vodice, offers a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and coastal beauty. Pinia Apartment boasts an excellent location, just a short walk from the beach. The proximity to local restaurants and shops made it easy to explore Vodice. The apartment itself was immaculate and well-appointed. It featured modern furnishings and a tasteful decor that created a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The living area was spacious, offering plenty of room to relax. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed for cooking, making it convenient for us when we wanted to make something at home. Pinia Apartment did not disappoint in terms of amenities. The air conditioning kept the apartment cool and comfortable. The host was friendly and accommodating. He was always available to answer any questions. The hospitality making us feel truly welcome.

The apartment is brand-new and finished to a high standard. It's extremely comfortable and has everything we needed. The walk to the beach takes moments and that section is peaceful, but with a lively section a few minutes along. The location is excellent for exploring the stretch between Split and Zadar, with Krka nearby and Sibenik very convenient. We hope to return to Pinia, it was one of the nicest places we've ever stayed.
