Тhe location is good, the owner is kind, the furniture is new, the kitchen is fully equipped, the bathroom is completely renovated.

Really beautiful and cozy apartment with most of the stuff you need, big space with nice couch and room separated from the living room. Nice kitchen with most of the cookers needed. Free Netflix is a plus. Beautiful balcony with nice view from the high floors. Nice warm lights/candles made the room quite cozy during the night time as well. Highly recommended!
