Iva is a great host, very friendly and helpful. Lovely welcome with local wine and some sweets and snacks. The house is surrounded by a large garden with different places to sit in the shadows. Quiet and still close to nice places to visit. The house is nice, the bedrooms are good, the living room is a bit dark and less comfortable , but with the great outdoor space that is not a big problem. Pictures on Booking match with reality.

The property was very clean and had all needed facilities for family vacation. Our hosta Masha, Iva and Jakov were exceptionally kind and helpful. Upon our arrival, we were greeted with Istrian wine and a plate of traditional Istrian cold appetiser. The pool is specious and the outdoor porch was most preferd place to spend time at. Owners has think through every detail. Two out of three rooms have en-suite bathrooms. Children loved plate of chocolate muffins they got from Masha. Grandparents loved their easily accessible room from ground floor with own bathroom. The house is located in small village close to a road to Visnjan and Motovun but still it is very private and peaceful. Close to all major wine roads in the region.
