The staff were very friendly and helpful. The pillows were so soft and snug, they felt like sinking into a cloud. Very clean and comfortable room. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety.

Helpful staff , despite arriving later than planned. Comfortable room. Excellent breakfast with good choice. Helpful with storing our bicycles in the garage. Lovely restaurant on mid level above / across the square Rossio Parque.

The hotel is right in the heart of Viseu, next to the park and a large tree shaded esplanade with a café. The beds are super comfortable, all is very clean, neat and tastefully decorated. Free street parking is 3min away. We ate a fantastic giant ice cream at Gelataria Tre Santi just down the street. We loved this little know gem in the centre of Portugal.
